Job Responsibilities :
- Operate a Standup Order Picker to locate and retrieve items from warehouse racks.
- Accurately pick, scan, and prepare orders according to pick lists and customer specifications.
- Pick cases and build complete pallets for shipment, ensuring proper stacking and stability.
- Verify product quantities, labels, and conditions to ensure order accuracy.
- Safely transport picked items to designated staging or shipping areas.
- Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines, including proper equipment operation.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient operations.
- Assist with restocking inventory and cycle counting as needed.
- Work collaboratively with warehouse team members and supervisors to meet productivity goals.
