Patient Care Coordinator (Medical Office Check-In)
The Woodlands Medical Specialists in Pensacola is looking for a full-time Medical Office Check-In to provide excellent care to patients visiting this growing practice.
Job Responsibilities :
- Smile and greet patients with an enthusiastic “How can I help you today?” attitude upon arrival
- Check patients in for their appropriate appointment in multiple systems
- Provide patients with appropriate intake, new patient, and / or questionnaire forms
- Process payments for office visits
- Communicate directly and professionally with other departments as needed
- Provide the patient with support and guidance as needed
- Perform all duties within HIPAA regulations
