Site Performance Leader
GE Vernova in Pensacola, Florida, a company focused on creating renewable energy is looking for a Site Performance Leader to join their team. The responsibility of this role is to develop a strong customer relationship with one of our largest clients. Focal points of this role are to grow employee retention and engagement, by building upon the current culture of safety, quality and worker productivity established by our client, while driving labor cost per unit down by meeting key performance indicators. All strategies implemented should be to ensure a continued successful partnership and renewal of our Master Services Agreement.
Job Responsibilities :
- Build positive relationships with all client stakeholders incorporating regular touchpoints to keep a pulse with each.
- Oversee and lead the on-site team to ensure client expectations and Landrum Workforce Solutions goals are achieved.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive value to our client through process improvements, cost savings, and employee engagement.
- Ensure all current practices are positioned to drive results in line with the Scorecard metrics established with our client.
- Help develop or improve site processes and maintain using site playbook.
- Prepare and present Monthly Scorecard / Business Reviews to all stakeholders.
- Track and analyze Landrum Workforce Solutions metrics to drive decision-making around future labor needs and / or programs.
- Plan and execute onsite projects with minimal direction.
- Engage with and promote retention of our hourly workers.
- Engage with our site leadership team through Tier Boards and daily performance reviews by area.
- Oversee Landrum site training program and improve as needed
