Job Responsibilities :
- Maintaining a positive classroom environment conducive to effective learning within the limits of the resources provided.
- Preparing for class assignments and showing written evidence of preparation upon request from the supervising teacher.
- Encouraging students to set and maintain high standards of classroom behavior.
- Striving to implement by instruction and action the school’s philosophy of education along with its instructional goals and objectives.
- Enjoying a variety of instructional techniques and instructional media , consistent with the physical limitations of the location provided and the needs and capabilities of the individuals or students involved.
- Taking all necessary and reasonable precautions to protect students, equipment, materials and the facilities.
- Assisting in upholding the schools’ rules and administrative regulations.
- Cooperating with members of the staff in planning instructional goals, objectives, and methods as required by administration.
- Establishing and maintaining a positive work environment with all school staff.
- Performing other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the administration that is associated with the betterment of the school or the students.
