Responsibilities and Requirements:
- At least 5 years of verifiable field experience as a lead HVAC technician or installer
- EPA Universal Certification (required)
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to guide and motivate teams

- Able to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems
