- Data Platform Management: Ensure the efficient operation and stability of data platforms, particularly Azure Databricks and Microsoft Fabric, to support business needs.
- Data Quality Assurance: Implement processes and tools to maintain data accuracy, integrity, and security across all systems.
- Solution Delivery: Oversee the delivery of data solutions that meet the needs of various business units, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of data operations.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in development and delivery of data engineering, data management, data governance, and data strategy.
- 8 years of leadership experience leading direct or indirect teams.
- 5 years of recent hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Power BI
- Strong expertise in Azure Databricks, Snowflake, or other cloud based warehousing technologies. Platform-level experience is a plus.
- Full understanding and experience in the delivery of data products, including data ingestion, data warehousing, data governance, reporting and analytics.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing data strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in the hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment industry is a plus.
