Beverage Shift Manager
Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino is seeking a dynamic and experienced Beverage Manager to lead our beverage operations and enhance the overall guest experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service, a keen understanding of beverage trends, and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced casino environment.
Responsibilities
- Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures.
- Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees.
- Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.
- Responsible for supervising the operations of all beverage outlets.
- Can recommend hiring or terminating in conjunction with disciplinary action.
- Of primary importance is the assurance of maximum guest satisfaction and service and of efficient, controlled bar operation.
- Has overall responsibility of beverage outlets during assigned shift.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- If in the process of performing duties access to RESTRICTED areas is needed, appropriate security escort will be provided.
- Performs any other duties as assigned.
