The Help Desk will work pro-actively to solve hardware and software trouble- shooting problems that originate from restaurant, corporate and regional office users.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct resolution for hardware and software issues to over 500 restaurants.
- Provide desktop support for hardware and software issues for corporate employees.
- Provide after-hours on-call system support on a rotating schedule.
- Handle miscellaneous projects requested by other departments within the company.
- Stay updated on new technology relevant to company systems.
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking hands-on environment
- Ability to establish and maintain a positive and professional working relationship with corporate and restaurant employees
- Requires a good working knowledge of Computer systems (Software and Hardware), Network and POS systems (desired), customer support experience; professional communication skills; high degree of customer service urgency and responsiveness
- College degree is preferred plus 3 or more years of help desk experience
