Overview
The Manager / Maintenance is responsible for the successful operations of a shift of Facilities Maintenance and Groundskeepers.
Responsibilities
- Supervises processes and programs to effectively control, and reduce loss time injuries. Ensures the safety and security of employees and customers.
- Controls staffing levels to maintain budgeted level of employment. Supervises staff members and delegate duties.
- Development of staff, interviews, hires, and evaluates.
- Reviews and Maintain departments inventory of maintenance supplies.
- Communicates all maintenance task activities accomplished and assigned with Director of Maintenance.
- Supervises and coordinates timely completion of property and safety inspections reports, applicable OSHA Compliance, EAP Regulations and ADA building codes.
- Responsible for general maintenance of all facilities and equipment on property including grounds.
- Meet with departmental Managers and Supervisors as necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.
