Nail Technician
A nail technician is professional specializing in the care and beautification of the nails and hands. As a successful nail tech you will combine your skills with creativity and strong interpersonal abilities to deliver high quality service and build a loyal client base
Responsibilities
- Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures.
- Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees.
- Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.
- Performs any other duties as assigned.
- Provide consistent professional nail, foot, and hand treatments in compliance with spa protocols as well as accepted certification practices.
- Take proper care for nail equipment and use proper quantities of product to help with cost controls.
- Perform prep work, clean properly, and restock work environment as required.
- Communicate with management all occurrences relating guests or staff in the spa.
- Promote actively the spa, services, treatments, retail, and, sessions as well as promotions, programs, or discounts available.
- Handle concerns and question of guests courteously and professionally.
- Maintain an organized, clean, well-stocked and secure working environment.
- Practice safe work habits and routines at all times, in order to avoid injury.
- Assure the safety and security of all guest and team members.
- Other duties as assigned.
