What are the responsibilities and job description for the Slot Attendant position at Landry's?
Overview
The Slot Attendant encourages new guest enrollments into the Players Club while acknowledging and maintaining all aspects of slot related duties, such as identifying jackpots, generating documents through the online system, and answering all guest questions.
Responsibilities
- Assists Slot Shift Supervisors with any duties designated
- Observes slot machine play
- Verifies and / or pays customers for jackpots and signs required forms
- Services machines when minor malfunctions occur
- Verifies jackpots within certain level and signs required forms
- Monitors assigned slot area for situations requiring attention or action
- Ensures compliance with Federal currency reporting regulations
