Payroll/Accountant
Payroll duties:
- Prepare and process weekly payroll for approx. 50 employees
- Monitor workforce compliance, per contracts
- Weekly CPR and monthly MEUR reporting
- NYS filings (Taxes, Unemployment)
- Fed filings (Taxes, Unemployment)
- Manage 401k contributions Worker's Comp requirements
- New employee set-up in ComputerEase
- HR Duties including:
- Employee onboarding
- Recruiting
- Audits
- Maintaining employee files
- Any other HR duties, as needed
Accounting Duties:
- Maintenance invoicing - monthly billing for lawn maintenance, parking lot sweeping, fertilizing, snow
- Landscape job invoicing - Prepare and submit pay applications and accompanying documentation, as required per contract specs
Enter accounts payables in CE
- Set up and manage vendors in CE
- Assist with job cost tracking and reporting
Perform misc duties to assist Controller, as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
