Summary
As a Part - Time Studio Structure Designer at Martiniere Landscape & Design, you will be instrumental in developing innovative landscape & Pool designs that elevate our projects. This role is essential to our mission of delivering exceptional outdoor environments, combining creativity with technical expertise to bring our clients' visions to life. This could be a contract basis job as well if that's more acceptable.
Responsibilities
- Create detailed landscape designs using Structure Studio software.
- Draft schematics and plans for various landscape projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand design requirements and preferences.
- Develop 3D models and visualizations to present design concepts effectively.
- Assist in the selection of materials and plants that align with design specifications.
- Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and gather necessary data for designs.
- Work alongside construction teams during the implementation phase to ensure design accuracy.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in landscape architecture.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Studio Structure Designer within the landscape, Pool or architectural field.
- Proficiency in Structure Studio design software is essential for Pool, elevation, and Structures.
- Strong drafting skills with an eye for detail in creating accurate schematics.
- Familiarity with SolidWorks or MicroStation is advantageous but not required.
