The ideal candidate has a thorough understanding of all aspects of irrigation systems including but not limited to irrigation maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, installs and customer relations. In addition, this individual will take the lead on all aspects of properly maintaining and managing the irrigation systems at assigned properties and will act as the resident technical expert when the Irrigation Manager is not present for on-site projects.

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB: Perform scheduled irrigation system and fountain/aerator maintenance and repairs efficiently. Pay is between $25.00-$30.00/hr.
RESPONSIBILITIES will include but are not limited to;
- Properly estimate time and material required for repairs,
- Communicate with account managers / property managers to explain repair situations,
- Proper completion of daily time sheets / service orders and recordkeeping,
- Maintain inventory of equipment and cleanliness of truck, trailer and job sites,
- Manage and direct laborers as needed,
- Perform repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must have 2 years of irrigation service and/or installation experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Capacity to manage work and assignments, with limited supervision
- Time Management and supervisory past experiences preferred.
- Troubleshooting systems to make appropriate repairs
- Ability to communicate with internal and external customers
