Position: Bookkeeper (Part-Time)
The Landscape Concepts is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. We are looking for someone who can manage day-to-day financial transactions and ensure our records are accurate and up to date.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process invoices and follow up on outstanding payments
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Maintain organized financial records
- Prepare financial reports
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Work closely with management to ensure accurate financial reporting
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of bookkeeping experience
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoicing
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for small businesses
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with small businesses
- Basic knowledge of tax preparation
