**The Role:**

We're seeking an experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated individual to join our team as a Foreman. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage a skilled Crew, bringing innovative landscape designs to life and ensuring top-notch maintenance of our projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Implementing landscape designs and maintenance plans with precision and creativity.

- Addressing and repairing damages during or after services to maintain high-quality standards.

- Leading the team with a commitment to best landscaping practices and sustainable methods.

**What We're Looking For:**

- Expertise in garden bed installation, plant identification, and tree planting.

- Proficiency in patio and retaining wall installation, utilizing both cast block and natural stone.

- Skills in constructing boulder walls, ledge stone steps, and managing stormwater.

- Ability to perform proper pruning and operate heavy equipment safely.

- Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly landscaping practices.

- Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide the Crew.

- Commitment to excellence, with zero involvement in lawn care or grass cutting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Experience:

• Hardscape Installation: 3 years (Required)
• Landscape Installation: 3 years (Required)
• Soil ecology: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Work Location: In person

Salary : $22 - $26
