Responsibilities
- Supervise daily pool operations, including staff management and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Organize and manage staff, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Prepare reports on pool usage, staff performance, and maintenance needs.
- Train and mentor staff in best practices for customer service and safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory of supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
Skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in management.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer service.
- Background in the pool industry.
- Proficient in report writing to document operations and performance metrics.
