Job Summary
Landscape Endeavors Inc. is searching for an experienced Enhancement Manager to play a key role within the company. LEI has been serving the Colorado Springs commercial market for over 27 years. Enhancement Manager is a full time, salaried position who will be responsible for planning, coordinating and supervision of assigned staff and daily operations, creating a fun and safe work environment, while maintaining company standards, goals and profitability. A company truck will be provided, for company use only to qualified applicants. This individual will be taking sold enhancement projects from Account Managers and successfully completing them.
Responsibilities include:
-Ensuring client satisfaction through routine and detailed site inspections, clear and effective communication and consistent relationship building with clients and team members.
-Demonstrating role model behaviors on ethics and integrity as well as positively promoting Company culture
-Holding weekly safety meetings
-Responsible for time tracking of crews.
-Attending weekly staff meetings to discuss the past and present weeks workload, equipment and manpower needs, project guidelines, budgets and accurate job tracking.
-Manage Company Inventory including tracking, and ordering of material.
-Monitor labor budgets for multiple crews.
-Managing production for our high-quality services, using best management practices, and working efficiently and safely at all times.
-Ensuring all staff are provided with necessary safety requirements; tools, equipment and materials to complete tasks efficiently.
-Ensuring all company policies, including equipment care, safety programs, and general behavior are followed by all staff
-Ensure thoroughness, accuracy and timeliness of all field communication.
-Implement, maintain and enforce Company policies and procedures.
-Other duties and special projects as assigned
Enhancement Manager Position requirements:
-5 years field experience
-Analyze and perform field measurements, determine material, labor, and equipment required for projects.
-Is self motivated with a strong work ethic with the ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize duties in an ever changing and fast paced environment.
-Be professional in appearance and possess effective written & verbal communication skills.
-Clean MVR and insurable.
-Running multiple crews ensuring quality and completing projects within estimates hours
-Bilingual is a plus.
