Office Manager
Landscape Impressions LLC is a Mount Joy, PA-based company that provides a broad range of landscaping and hardscaping products and services to the community. We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team and provide support to our employees and customers. The ideal candidate will be an organized, motivated self-starter who has previous office management experience and is able to ensure a smooth running office.
Job Description:
The Office Manager will be responsible for the overall management of all administrative functions in the office. This includes but is not limited to:
- Assist customers with inquiries and orders via phone, walk in and online
- Schedule estimating appointments
- Organize office and maintain supplies, order as necessary; Order employee supplies as needed
- Invoicing and payment processing
- Maintain / update customer and vendor accounts
- Performing various other duties as assigned
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required, QuickBooks experience a plus
