We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Executive Assistant to support a serial entrepreneur who leads multiple successful businesses, manages a real estate and development portfolio, oversees a team of over 40 employees, and navigates the complexities of family life. You will need to be a skilled problem-solver and an organizational force given the complex calendaring and meeting planning that will be required. Additionally, you have a proven track record of success in supporting a C-level executive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Assist in streamlining and optimizing day-to-day operations across our floral and landscape business and real estate portfolio. You will help with high-level project management, ensuring deadlines are met and processes are efficient.
- Email Management: Efficiently manage multiple email accounts, prioritize messages, and respond on behalf of the entrepreneur when necessary.
- Time & Resource Management: Ensure that the CEO's time is being used effectively by prioritizing tasks, delegating when needed, and anticipating challenges before they arise.
- Contract & Agreement Management: Review contracts and agreements, ensuring that all relevant details are understood and followed up on in a timely manner.
- Strategic Decision Support: Act as a sounding board for strategic decisions, helping to research and prepare reports, market insights, and data-driven recommendations.
- Business Growth: Support in identifying new business opportunities and potential partnerships, contributing to the continued growth of our ventures.
- Communication & Liaison: Draft professional correspondence and manage communication on behalf of the entrepreneur. Manage communications across multiple entities (businesses, partners, clients) with a high degree of professionalism. Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in an executive or operations assistant role, ideally supporting C-suite executives or entrepreneurs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in project management, operations, or a similar role is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive, positive, and entrepreneurial attitude.
- Ability to work independently, anticipate challenges, and proactively find solutions while also collaborating as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, project management tools, and financial software. Ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus, along with a solid understanding of financial reports.
- Discretion & Confidentiality: Strong understanding of handling sensitive information with discretion.
