- Daily operations of job sites and crews; focused on safety and efficiency
- Overseeing and running workers and subcontractors
- Communicating with client throughout project
- Meeting scheduled job deadlines
- Ensure all work is done to specifications and is high quality
- Promote proper installation practices for all installations of landscape and hardscape
- Work within budgeted materials and hours for each project
- Provide training and support to crews
- Monitor completed job site progress for potential warranty work
- Minimum of 2 years experience working on and running landscape and hardscape projects (Experience with masonry and/or water features, a plus)
- Organized and results driven
- Be able to read and interpret job plans
- Have experience with operations of all landscape construction related tools and equipment
- Must be a self-starter and be able to manage several aspects of the jobs at the same time
- Valid drivers license, CDL a plus
- Be a team player and promote the company in a positive manner at all times
