As a Production Coordinator, you will work with the Production Division to manage and oversee crews and projects.
- Responsible for ensuring that Landscape Logic quality standards are being met and process is being followed on each site in a safe and efficient manner by our crews at all times.
- Responsible for training all field staff on policy and process, as well as supervising the overall activities of the crew associates
- Inspect every site in an appropriate time period to ensure Landscape Logic quality standards
- Train all crew members on techniques, equipment operation, pest identification and control measures
- Provide crews with daily schedules and instructions/checklists
- Supervise the daily activities and performance of the maintenance, fertilization and flex crews
- Problem solving and concerns on the job site, both from external clients and team members. Incident will then need to be reported to Production Director
- Review all work tickets for accuracy
- Assist with completion of performance review forms for crew leaders and crew members
- Interact daily with the other Production Coordinators, including assisting in the scheduling of jobs
- Assist in the snow removal process, including assigning routes, calling in staff, and tracking client calls for both CR’s and “house accounts.”
- Complete appropriate paperwork in a timely manner and ensure accuracy of all paperwork, including, time-off requests, injury reports, personnel action memos, corrective actions, and other necessary information
- Minimum of 2 years experience running landscape projects.
- Be a good problem solver
- Have experience with planting, mulching, edging, pruning, irrigation, mowing, line trimming, and other basic maintenance
- Organized, reliable and results driven
- Has successfully demonstrated the ability to lead and motivate others
- Have experience with operations of all landscape related tools and equipment
- Must be a self-starter and be able to manage several aspects of the jobs at the same time
- Be able to thoroughly identify plants, annuals, weeds, trees and shrubs
- Valid drivers license
- Be a team player and promote the company in a positive manner at all times
