Key Responsibilities
The successful Account Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing crew operations and coordinating with fellow Account Managers on shared resources.
- Earning customer satisfaction through regular site visits and effective communication.
- Applying Landscape Workshop methodology and enforcing project standards.
- Identifying and recommending enhancement services to clients to improve site conditions.
- Minimizing Landscape Workshop exposure and risks on projects.
- Communicating business development opportunities with team members and sales representatives.
- Tracking and reporting team hours, extra expenses, and extra sales on a weekly basis.
- Facilitating client meetings effectively.
- Conducting regular status meetings with crew leaders.
- Estimating jobs when needed.
- Following up on proposals generated.
- Overseeing care and maintenance of equipment.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience managing landscape maintenance crews and interfacing with customers.
- Proficiency with computer software programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A strong work ethic.
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year program is preferred.
