Job Summary
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at Landscape Workshop, LLC. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of your assigned crews and ensuring customer satisfaction through regular site visits and effective communication.
You will play a key role in managing the overall performance of your crews, identifying required resources, and assigning individual responsibilities. Additionally, you will be responsible for applying Landscape Workshop methodology, enforcing project standards, and recommending enhancement services to clients to improve site conditions.
- Manage crew operations and coordinate with fellow Account Managers on shared resources.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through regular site visits and effective communication.
- Apply Landscape Workshop methodology and enforce project standards.
- Identify and recommend enhancement services to clients to improve site conditions.
- Minimize Landscape Workshop exposure and risks on projects.
- Communicate business development opportunities with team members and sales representatives.
- Track and report team hours, extra expenses, and extra sales on a weekly basis.
- Facilitate client meetings effectively.
- Conduct regular status meetings with crew leaders.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience managing landscape maintenance crews and interfacing with customers.
- Proficiency with computer software programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A strong work ethic.
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year program is preferred.
