About the Role
Landscape Workshop, LLC is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of your assigned crews, ensuring customer satisfaction through regular site visits, and applying Landscape Workshop methodology to enforce project standards.
You will also identify required resources for the team, assign individual responsibilities, and recommend enhancement services to clients to improve site conditions. Additionally, you will be responsible for minimizing Landscape Workshop exposure and risks on projects, communicating business development opportunities with team members and sales representatives, and tracking and reporting team hours, extra expenses, and extra sales on a weekly basis.
- Manage crew operations and coordinate with fellow Account Managers on shared resources.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through regular site visits and effective communication.
- Apply Landscape Workshop methodology and enforce project standards.
- Identify and recommend enhancement services to clients to improve site conditions.
- Minimize Landscape Workshop exposure and risks on projects.
- Communicate business development opportunities with team members and sales representatives.
- Track and report team hours, extra expenses, and extra sales on a weekly basis.
- Facilitate client meetings effectively.
- Conduct regular status meetings with crew leaders.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience managing landscape maintenance crews and interfacing with customers.
- Proficiency with computer software programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A strong work ethic.
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year program is preferred.
