Job Summary:

Bull Valley Golf Club, a top-ranked golf course in America, seeks part-time Servers for the upcoming season. These positions are seasonal with full-time and part-time hours available.

Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of hire.

Responsibilities:

1. Take, prepare, and deliver drink and food orders for customers in a courteous manner.
2. Enter patron's orders into the computer, verify accuracy of order, collect payment when finished.
3. Clear tables and attend to the general cleanliness of the dining area.
4. Assist the chef with food preparation as required.
5. Ensure the server station and bar are stocked and clean.
6. Maintain professional appearance and demeanor.
7. Demonstrate a commitment to work and success by being solution-oriented and having positive interactions with team members.

Requirements:

• Ability to deliver high-level customer service.
• Good oral communication skills.
• Can compute simple math and count change accurately.
• Able to obtain a food handler's permit or certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service.
• Certified Food Handler (r-serving.com or local certification).
• Responsible Alcohol and Tobacco training and/or certificate.

Physical Requirements:

• 50-100% seeing and hearing (read documents, computer screen, answer phones, communicate in person).
• 50-75% standing and walking.
• 0-24% climbing, stooping, squatting, and kneeling.
• 0-25% dexterity (utilizing phone, typing, writing, and driving).
• 0-24% lifting in excess of 25 pounds.
