Landscapes North is seeking a hands-on Landscape Crew Leader to oversee high-end residential landscape installation projects. This is a leadership role for someone with expertise in rock work, patio installation, grading, plant installation, basic irrigation, and operating machinery (skid steers, excavators, trailers, etc.). You'll be running crews, ensuring job quality, and helping us manage multiple projects at once. This role requires a strong work ethic-landscaping is tough work, and we need someone who thrives in it.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and motivate crew members on landscape installation projects
- Oversee rock work, patio installation, grading, plant installation, and irrigation setup
- Operate and maintain skid steers, excavators, trailers, and other machinery
- Ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met
- Read and interpret landscape blueprints and site plans
- Communicate with clients, project managers, and team members
- Enforce safety regulations and ensure a clean, organized job site
- Assist with material ordering and job site logistics
- Handle minor equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a similar role or field (We'll teach you our way, but you need a solid foundation.)
- Strong knowledge of landscape installations, grading, and hardscape work
- Ability to operate heavy equipment (skid steers, excavators, etc.)
- Leadership skills with experience managing crews and job sites
- Physically fit-landscaping is demanding work!
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (no DUIs) are a must
- Ability to safely pull trailers
- Strong work ethic and a team-first attitude
