Key Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape installation, including patios, rock features, grading, and plant installations
• Operate skid steers, excavators, and trailers as needed for site preparation and material handling
• Perform basic irrigation installation and adjustments
• Work with a team to meet project deadlines and maintain high-quality workmanship
• Follow safety protocols and use provided safety equipment
• Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and workspaces
• Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project success
• Follow instructions and stay on task throughout the work day

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape installation or a similar construction-related field
• Ability to operate machinery and tools, including skid steers, excavators, and trailers
• Strong understanding of grading, patio construction, rock work, and plant installation
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor in outdoor conditions
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and ability to work well in a team
• Willingness to learn and follow company-specific installation methods
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (no DUIs) are a must

• Bilingual Pay Incentive:
• An additional $5/hour will be offered to candidates who are fluent in Spanish for the positions of Landscape Crew Leader and Landscape Team Member. While Spanish fluency is not a requirement, it is a valuable skill that would be a bonus to our team.
