What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lawn Crew Member position at Landscaping Services/Management?
Responsibilities:
- Work with at least 2 other crew members in daily mowing operations
- Load equipment, tools and gas required for the day's work, secure all equipment.
- Perform all tasks of operations including, but not limited to, mowing, line trimming, blowing and debris removal.
- Responsible for using tablet for clocking in and out of jobs or completing paper route sheets
- Responsible for unloading equipment, clean out truck/trailer daily by removing trash, debris, etc.
- Report damaged equipment to mowing manager or mechanic immediately
- High attention to detail
- Assist with snow removal
Requirements:
- Available to work a varied schedule (may require some Saturdays) in all adverse weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Ability to lift 60 lbs throughout the day
- Assist crew in checking quality of work
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
