Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Technician to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining and enhancing the beauty of outdoor spaces through various landscaping tasks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and a strong understanding of horticulture, hardscaping, and general landscaping practices.
We do not service lawns but only perform landscape and hardscapes.
Duties
- Perform landscape tasks including tree trimming, irrigation system management, sod installation and removal, plant installation and removal, landscape lighting, etc .
- Execute hardscape projects such as building patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Conduct tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and aesthetics.
- Collaborate with team members to complete landscape installations and renovations efficiently.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, ensuring safety standards are met.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns regarding their landscapes.
Requirements
- MUST have a valid driver's license.
- MUST have a reliable means of transportation.
- MINIMUM of 4 years experience in leading a landscaping crew- worked for landscaping company(s).
- MUST be able to work Monday-Friday.
- MUST be FULLY knowledgeable in pavers and retention walls.
- MUST be FULLY knowledgeable in irrigation repairs and installations.
- MUST be dependable, punctual, and ethical (morals).
- NO Drugs allowed - we are a drug free environment.
- MUST be responsible and show to work on time.
- MUST be a team-play
