We focus on quality over quantity, keeping our crew small and well trained. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Hardscape Supervisor to lead our Hardscaping team in delivering high-quality outdoor projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardscape construction and management, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role requires hands-on experience and the ability to supervise a team while maintaining a focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of hardscaping projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to design specifications.
• Coordinate with team members to execute tasks such as planting, hardscaping, and boulder retaining wall construction.
• Conduct site inspections to assess project progress and quality, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Manage equipment and materials on-site, ensuring proper usage and maintenance.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert recommendations for hardscape design.
• Train and mentor team members in hardscaping techniques, safety protocols, and best practices.
• Maintain clear communication with owners regarding timelines, challenges, and resource needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hardscape construction, specifically boulder retaining wall installation, paver installation, and general softscape knowledge/experience.
• Knowledge of construction estimating practices for project planning.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with safety regulations on construction sites.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
