Team Member

Our growing company, specializing in shoreline restoration, engineering and construction, is looking for various positions, including an entry-level Team Member, Site Supervisor, and Equipment Operator to assist our field operations.

We are looking for a crew of efficient, safety-minded Team Members, Site Supervisor, and Equipment Operators for shoreline restoration and erosion control construction development. We have long-term work available for the right candidate(s) in a variety of positions. Preferred applicants should have construction, landscaping, or equipment operating experience and access to reliable transportation. Applicants with special skills, such as concrete finishing, diving, welding and carpentry, are in especially high demand. The ideal candidates will be capable of working with minimal oversight but willing to follow directions closely. Additionally, he or she should be familiar with construction industry safety standards and procedures to ensure project security.

Our Company fixes shoreline erosion on golf courses, government property, HOA's, and residential properties. Sometimes Out-of-Town Travel. Good communication skills required. Spanish-speaking welcome. Pre-employment drug test required.

Some duties are:

• Excavate job site and perform prep work.

• Prep and grade top soil for placement of sod.

• Lay sod.

• All work to be performed either shore side or waterside (land locked water locations).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Experience:

• Grounds Maintenance & Landscaping Managers & Supervisors: 1 year (Preferred)
