Job Summary
You must have extensive experience in all aspects of Project Management to be able to support our projects in our US Land Services Division, and have experience or live in the following regions:

- Minnesota
- Wisconsin
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, administrators, agents, and management.
- Manage workloads, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts.
- Oversee field operations, ensuring consistent rates and messaging.
- Provide guidance on administration, acquisition, and field-related tasks.
- Maintain at minimum an 80% annual utilization rate.
- Support process improvements, safety compliance, and quality assurance.
- Assist in software development and construction liaison best practices.
- Ensure documentation accuracy and team efficiency.
- Maintain proactive client communication to meet expectations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and strengthen client relationships.
- Engage in industry events and professional development.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Land (other work experience or education may be credited in place of experience).
- Prior experience in business development.
- Prior experience in midstream pipeline, renewable power, telecommunications, oil and gas, and electric transmission and distribution in the United States.
- Strong attention to detail, effective communication and conflict management experience are required
- Thorough knowledge of all applicable acts, guides, and regulations throughout the US.
- Valid Driver’s license required with clean drivers abstract to be provided.
- Strong understanding of MS 365 office products, including Outlook, Work, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and Planner.
- Shows initiative to help develop and enhance LS processes and create efficiencies for our teams and clients.
