We are currently hiring a Reservationist in Davidson, NC to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong customer service skills and hospitality experience who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle guest inquiries and reservations via phone and hospitality management systems.
- Assist guests with booking details, resort information, and special requests.
- Provide clear and accurate communication about resort policies, rates, and amenities.
- Work closely with the resort staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain professionalism while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in guest relations or a hospitality-related role.
- Strong phone etiquette, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume setting.
- Experience with hospitality management software, Google Docs/Sheets, and Excel.
- Availability on Saturdays is required.
