What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at LANDURA MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATES?
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as a Maintenance Technician for two apartment communities. This position is responsible for interior work including painting, cleaning, moving appliances, basic carpentry, basic plumbing, cleaning out and/or turning vacant units, and preparing for new residents and completing Maintenance Request from current residents. The Maintenance Technician will also be responsible for communicating with preferred vendors such as Pest Control and Landscapers, etc. It is also expected that the Maintenance Technician complete all other assigned tasks by upper management promptly and effectively.
- Must be a safety-conscious individual with a good work ethic. "Dependable transportation" and a valid DL are required.
- Be able to Pass the Company Background Check.
- Take Pride in the community by walking the grounds and picking up trash daily.
- Be able to Complete Unit Turns successfully.
- Be able to Complete Maintenance Requests promptly and efficiently.
- HVAC certification and/or appliance repair experience would be a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
