What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at LANDURA MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATES?
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as a PART-TIME Maintenance Technician for three apartment complexes. This position will be rotating on call biweekly. This position will be responsible for interior work including but not limited to painting, cleaning, moving appliances, basic carpentry, basic plumbing, cleaning out vacant units, and/or preparing the units for new prospective residents and also completing maintenance requests for existing residents. The Maintenance Technician will also be dealing with some Vendors such as routine Pest Control and Landscaping. Responsible for completing other tasks as assigned by the On-Site Manager and the Regional Property Manager.
· Must be a safety-conscious individual with a good work ethic. "Dependable transportation" and a valid DL are required.
· Be able to Pass the Company Background Check.
· Take Pride in the community by walking the grounds and picking up trash daily.
· Be able to Complete Unit Turns within 5-7 days.
· Be able to Complete Maintenance Requests promptly.
· HVAC and appliance repair experience would be a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
