About the Role
As Billing Specialist your primary responsibility is the invoicing of agronomy products and services as well as assisting in agronomy accounting functions within the designated locations.
What will you do?
- Apply working knowledge of Landus credit, sales, and inventory policies.
- Monitor agronomy sales contracts / prepay and inventory.
- Assist Account Leads, Account Managers, Hub Lead, and Location Lead as needed.
- Timely invoicing of agronomy products and services for specified locations.
- Daily verification of sales invoices.
- Verification of all specified locations inventory and / or purchase orders.
- Perform and assist others in the reconciliation of agronomy inventories.
- Assist customers with billing / statement inquiries.
- Assist other employees with agronomy billing or inventory inquiries.
