About the Role

The purpose of this job is to ensure timely, accurate and safe delivery of passengers to and from designated locations while maintaining a clean & efficient running vehicle.

What will you do?

Provide safe and efficient transportation for executives and other VIPs to various destinations including meetings, appointments, and events.
Always maintain the cleanliness and operational readiness of the vehicle, including regular servicing and maintenance checks.
Plan and optimize driving routes to ensure timely arrivals, considering traffic conditions and weather.
Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle and carrying luggage or other items as needed.
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers.
Always ensure confidentiality and discretion, maintaining the privacy of the passengers.
Perform basic administrative tasks such as keeping logs of mileage, expenses, and trip details.
Stay updated on the latest safety and security procedures.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing any needs or concerns of the passengers promptly.
Perform daily pre-trip vehicle inspections and monitor vehicles for regular maintenance / service needs on the road or in the shop and assist with repairs as needed
Follow all Landus safety policies and procedures
Follow all state and federal DOT driving laws, rules, and regulations
Participate in company DOT drug and alcohol program
Champion of safety compliance throughout organization

Requirements

Candidate Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to three related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, and other employees of the organization.

Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.

Licenses, Registrations, Certificates

Class C CDL with Passenger Endorsment

This position requires the safe operation of a motor vehicle to perform the essential functions of the job.

The employee must meet the qualifications set forth in our motor vehicle safety policy.

Failure to meet these qualifications could result in removal from this position.

Location & Commitments

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.

The employee is required to use hands to finger, handle or feel.

The employee is required to stand, walk, bend, twist, climb, crawl, sit and reach with hands and arms.

The employee may sit for prolonged periods of time.

The employee must occasionally push, pull or lift and / or move up to 100 pounds
