About the Role
You will provide an outstanding customer experience by meeting the customer’s needs and demonstrating technical competence.
What will you do?
- Ensure customer satisfaction by prompt attention assisting or directing customers to the appropriate areas to meet their needs. Ability to complete inter-company feed orders, and inventory transfers and purchases, if applicable.
- Act as a resource for other employees on operational procedures for scale/receiving area.
- Understand how to document and submit customer interactions in CRM(Customer Relationship Management System).
- Assist with inventory control of products offered at the location.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies
- Working knowledge of Landus inventory policies
- Perform operations for incoming/outgoing scale traffic in accordance to established procedures. (weighing, sampling, grading and ticketing)
- Ability to run grain or agronomy facilities remotely utilizing PLCs
- Ensure that the work area is kept clean and organized. Update the market board as needed.
- Develop ongoing general awareness of Landus Cooperative’s products/services and be able to communicate information to customers.
- Adhere to Landus Cooperative’s safety policies and procedures.
- Champion of safety compliance throughout organization
The ideal candidate will have:
- Must have a valid state driver’s license.
- Must be able to move/lift up to 50 pounds.
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- One year of related experience.
- Good computer skills.
