You're Our Ideal Candidate If You...
- Have a proven track record of success in B2B sales (3-5 years of experience closing deals, not just managing accounts).
- Know how to multi-thread and sell to mid-to-senior-level decision-makers.
- Are comfortable working independently—you don’t need a manager breathing down your neck to get the job done.
- Know your way around CRMs and leverage data to make informed decisions.
- Have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, ensuring your proposals get the deal closed.
- Are a master of social selling, networking, and finding creative ways to get in front of prospects.
- Can juggle multiple deals, each varying in sales cycle length and contract size.
- Can collaborate closely with an operational team that is rapidly expanding.

- Have experience in commercial landscaping or a similar service industry.
- Already have local market contacts in property management, HOA, or commercial real estate sectors.

Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary package that includes a company truck, company-issued credit card, and a lucrative commission structure.
- Base Salary: $75k - $100k (Based on experience)
- OTE (On-Target Earnings): $150k - $225k (No cap. You earn what you close!)
