About The Role
The Promotions Coordinator will support the development and implementation of pricing and promotion strategies. Will work closely with multiple partners both in E-Commerce and across the organization, and you will demonstrate your ability to think critically about our promotional programming, contact strategy, customer data & segmentation. You will execute pricing, testing and actions that will yield continuous optimization.

This position works in a hybrid model, with three days per week worked in the New Albany location and two days per week worked remotely.

About The Role
The Promotions Coordinator will support the development and implementation of pricing and promotion strategies. Will work closely with multiple partners both in E-Commerce and across the organization, and you will demonstrate your ability to think critically about our promotional programming, contact strategy, customer data & segmentation. You will execute pricing, testing and actions that will yield continuous optimization.
The impact you can have
- Create daily promotional activity to drive business results in collaboration with cross functional partners.
- Optimize promotional activity to best benefit the margin impact.
- Participate in E-Commerce initiatives that would incorporate pricing optimization.
- Learn to use different operating systems to include XCC, Coupon Manager, Jira and Salesforce
- Execution of company promotion through set up, testing and release.
- Partner with company leaders, planners, store pricing partners, marketing, Ecom ops, digital ops
- Coupon creation through creation, set up, testing and release
- 0-2 years experience, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Strong ability to multitask and support changes to meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Microsoft suite of products
