Position Purpose: | To provide a successful, high quality and competitive experience for the student-athletes as it relates to the goals of the department and college. Assist in developing a competitive intercollegiate Women's Volleyball team that reflects Lane's Vision, Mission, and Values while demonstrating a strong work ethic, high levels of integrity, and honesty. |

Supervision Statement: | Reports to the Dean of Health Professions, Health, Physical Education and Athletics and works under the general supervision of the Athletic Director. Work is performed independently using previously learned knowledge and professional judgment, according to College policies and applicable laws, NWAC and other regulatory agencies. |
Physical Demands/Working Environment: | Work safely; may work in inclement weather; ability to lift or transport forty (40) lbs with or without assistance; will stand or sit for extended periods of time; ability to drive safely. Safe operation of motor vehicle for travel. |
