Job Overview
This position prioritizes administrative work and office duties including: QuickBook Online entries, data reporting, tracking of all vendor compliance licenses, insurance, certifications and permits to ensure all vendors are compliant and up to date on Marketwurks, and AR/AP- manage all payments with ongoing services, subscriptions, and sublease. This position will oversee the LCFM newsletter that goes out each week.
Required skills and qualications:
- Strong customer service skills
- Must be responsible, dependable and display a high level of integrity
- Ability to work independently, while functioning as part of a team
- Previous office experience
- Strong computer skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled with basic software, particularly Google Workspace and Quickbooks Online
Preferred Qualifications
- Passion for Lane County’s agricultural community and experience working with small-scale farmers
- Other food systems experience
- Managing or tracking projects
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
