The Medical Assistant position will include the following : vital signs, documenting and ordering labs in EMR, prior authorization applications, processing refill requests, onsite client support, and assisting with client coordination of care.

Lane County Mental Health is the public mental health provider for a county roughly the size of Connecticut. Many of our patients and clients come from underserved communities who struggle obtaining services through the private sector. The main clinic is located in the heart of the city of Eugene, across the street from the University of Oregon’s football stadium.

Schedule : Monday - Friday; 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm.
Medical Assistant 2 Training & Experience :
Graduation from high school or equivalent; and Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program or equivalent job experience.
Certification required at the time of hire.
One year of Medical Assistant experience.
Any combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying.
