Description :
This position is responsible for coordinating and optimizing the day-to-day activities for the plant location as well as supporting the management teams in attaining the local and corporate objectives.
- Generate and manage production orders, material requisitions, purchase orders, customer pick-up tickets and bill of lading (BOL)
- Maintain, update, and verify the production and shipping schedules based on the customer due dates and availability
- Monitor inventory levels and complete monthly cycle counts
- Complete data entry into the system daily and maintain documents and reports
- Review and confirm the production plan with the sales team to ensure information in the system is current
- Punctual and reliable attendance
- Other tasks and responsibilities may be added at management’s discretion
- Teamwork-Promotes and facilities cooperation and commitment within a team and across teams to achieve goals and deliverables
- Communication-Actively listens and provides regular, consistent, and meaningful information and expresses the message effectively by organizing and delivering information appropriately
