Lane Press prints, binds, and mails high-quality magazines for publishers around the country. We’re widely known for our quality and craftsmanship, and we’re looking for a customer service team leader (“Customer Success Manager”) who genuinely enjoys navigating challenges and helping customers. Shift: 8am-5pm. Pay rate: Commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a lead role in a team of four Publisher Services professionals, which includes planning, mail data, and prepress specialists.
- Maintain responsibility for the overall success of the customer relationship, providing a superior customer experience that sets Lane Press apart from its competitors.
- Effectively collaborate with the team and other internal resources to drive positive outcomes.
- Understand each customer’s general business model and production/distribution challenges, and provide suggestions and expert advice to solve or improve their challenges.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of professional sales/account management experience; knowledge of publishing and/or print industry a plus
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Skilled in conflict resolution and problem solving
