We are looking for a customer service superstar who will give our customers the service they deserve as you resolve their issues and answer their questions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for order processing including order placement and order entry, follow up, price verification and product inquiries, using an in-house order processing systems (ERP and EDI)
- Review and assess multiple reports relation to Doc Lists, End of Day, Backorder, etc.
- Responsible for arranging appropriate shipping methods and relevant communications.
- Answer customer questions as well as provide information about the company’s products and services.
- Communicate with customers/sales personnel regarding product availability, delivery dates, order cancellations, and order status via phone, fax, and email.
- Work closely with Management, Sales Team, Accounting, Retail, and Warehouse daily monitoring multiple communication chains.
- Work with the RA Department, process claims and returns, UPS/FedEx claims, and works effectively with the Receiving and QC departments.
- Communicate any discrepancies or issues that affect the original order status to the proper departments and the customer.
- Processes returns/exchanges for customers.
- Communicate closely with the sales and purchasing teams and report defective products
- Ensure all issues, errors, and returns are completely closed or resolved
- Run requested sales reports.
- General office duties include: answering phones, photocopying, faxing and scanning
- Answer and transfer incoming calls
- Will work closely with our CS Department in Irwindale, California.
Qualifications:
- Two years customer service experience is ideal.
- Must possess excellent data entry skills and a minimum typing speed of 45 wpm
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Proficiency in basic math skills to calculate total costs, discounts, sales taxes, etc.
- Must be able to multi-task and perform in an accurate manner
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills with experience in handling difficult situations and/or personalities
- Requires a calm, polite and courteous demeanor and the ability to think quickly and make correct decisions
- Must be a team player and ready to help in any area needed
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
