CURRENT OPPORTUNITY: HOT SIDE TECHNICAN
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Troubleshooting and Repair:Diagnose and fix issues with various hot-side equipment, including ovens, fryers, grills, etc
- Preventive Maintenance:Perform routine inspections and maintenance to ensure equipment longevity and optimal performance
- Installation:Install new hot-side equipment in commercial kitchens
- Customer Interaction:Communicate effectively with customers, providing technical support and explaining repairs
- Service Calls:Respond to emergency service calls promptly and efficiently
- Documentation:Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and labor time
- Safety:Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures when working with commercial kitchen equipment

- Technical skills in diagnosing and repairing commercial cooking equipment
- Experience in working with gas, electric, and/or direct steam-fired equipment
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Physical ability to lift and carry materials, as well as climb stairs or work in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
