Lang Pharma Nutrition is a high quality, global private label retail product development company which provides a flexible manufacturing offering and solutions for retail partners around the world.
We are seeking a motivated Project Coordinator, Supply Chain. In this entry level position, the Project Coordinator will work on strategic assignments and projects related to operational efforts, product commercialization, and product conversions. The Project Coordinator will handle administrative tasks, update project management systems, and lead some projects. This role requires effective interaction with all departments within the organization to ensure project or task deliverables and to optimize processes. This hybrid position requires in-person office work 2 – 3 days per week.
JOB FUNCTION AND DUTIES
- Administrative activities for supply chain operations and commercialization efforts
- Assist in project management of new and transitioning items
- Serve as project lead on assigned projects, from initiation through completion
- Ensure project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and readily available to all relevant parties
- Collaborate with key staff and departments to advance project tasks and goals
- Communicate status of activities and elevate any barriers to success
- Participate in or facilitate team and project meetings
- Support development and maintenance of tracking system for conversion projects
- Create or edit presentations, spreadsheets, flowcharts, and reports
- Act as department resource for project management software
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor
- Special projects as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (KSA)
- Familiarity with project lifecycle management, from inception through evaluation
- Understanding of supply chain and manufacturing functions
- Solid data analytics and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle unanticipated situations and seamlessly navigate shifting priorities
- Self-starter with a high level of initiative and sense of urgency
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized and efficient with exceptional attention to detail
- Dynamic and enthusiastic with strong interpersonal skills
- Exemplary personal and professional integrity; maintains confidentiality
- Proficiency or ability to learn Smartsheet and other Lang system tools
- Skilled in MS Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years of experience in project coordination or supply chain environment
- Or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
