Lang Pharma Nutrition is seeking a motivated QA Associate – Technical Support to support the daily QA activities as required. The position will support tracking and trending of stability, raw material and bulk material testing data as well as provide technical support for investigations, deviations, and change controls.
JOB FUNCTION AND DUTIES
· Initiates, investigates, and drafts reports for issues related to out-of-specification results, consumer complaints, product defects, and other non-conformances.
· Performs data entry and data trending for product stability studies.
· Performs on-site inspections of samples for investigative purposes and documents the findings accordingly in a report.
· May assist with the shipment of samples from Lang’s onsite warehouse for investigations or stability studies.
· Collaborates cross-functionally and with external parties (such as contract testing labs, manufacturers, and suppliers) to troubleshoot matters related to product quality, test methodology, and formulation adjustments.
· Provides support with product label review, including verification of the information presented in the Supplement Fact Panel.
· Represents Quality Assurance during meetings related to the Technical Support functional area, as needed. Ensures all follow-up items are completed in a timely manner.
· Assists the Technical Support team with tracking the progress of investigations, deviations, and initiation of stability studies.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor's degree in science-related discipline
· 0-2 years of experience in dietary supplements or healthcare industries, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
· Experience in data analysis and root cause analysis preferred

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
